As well as providing safe, efficient and dependable online shopping experience for Al Ahly fans
Al-Ahly club can look back on a history full of successes in all competitive sports. Egyptian league, Egypt Cup, African Champions League, or Club world cup.
Each season players turn into stars, impossible matches were miraculously turned around
as well as goals that will be engraved in the history books. To commemorate these games and players, the official Al-Ahly online store app now offers products of the highest quality, limited edition as well as autographed by players products
Many fans of Al-Ahly fans are serious collectors of fan merchandise which they obsess over.
Challenge
a. Provide Al ahly fans with huge variation of products that is branded with Al ahly.
b. Time limit .. one of the biggest challenge is the time is too limit to create design concept, launching the app and achieve best results short time
c. Operation scale.. the huge of fan base is the most challenging we faced to cover the amount of products and orders
Solution
a. Built a concept design that provides the users with great experience to cover the amount of products and the sacalability of the variation of the products. with seamless great experience
b. MVP “Minumum viable product” level you provide them with the most critical functionalities to the business at the least time possible.
Methods
- Stakedholder interview to understand the vision of the business and their understnading of the business problems.
- Conducted design workshops to research and ideate the functinalities needed to the application and how to serve the user in the best possible way

- We gathered the functionalities into groups to understnad the relationships of the funcaionliaties to both business and user needs and to be capable of evaluting the complexity and criticallity of the functionalities to the business

- sketching and wireframing ... we evaluated our ideas from information architecture perspective

Through user story maps and story boards , we've predicted and explored user's journeys both with and without the product. Now we string them all together and create this user flow to make sure all the key needs from users are covered and the transitions between functions are smooth.

lo-fi Prototype
To Make sure the design is user friendly and the information display is clear, we translated our digital wirframe into a clickable prototype for usability test use.
the prototype helped the team to timely discover problems and fix them. conducting a usability test with it also reduces the waste of time and rescourse and the risk of building the product in a wrong way.

Design System
The design system is crucial for software design consistency. It also helps the users by diminishing the time of learning and understanding the design itself.
The design system helps build the concept to be more consistent and professional.
The design system boosts the sensible relationships between diverse components that design patterns should connect to achieve excellent information architecture.
